About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Finance & Operations Associate to support the financial operations and reporting requirements of our Vietnam business, working closely with finance stakeholders across our Vietnam Hub and the Singapore parent entity. The successful candidate will partner with management and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, as well as half yearly Group reporting packages
  • Assist in preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and group audits and support year-end audit processes to ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
  • Review accounting records and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and coordinate timely collection from clients in a professional and relationship-focused manner.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities across Vietnam and the wider region.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of finance processes and internal controls.
  • Participate in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, or financial reporting; prior external audit experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience working with multinational companies or regional reporting structures is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
